KinderBoogie
KINDERBOOGIE is The Music Studios' TEN WEEK INTRODUCTORY PIANO PROGRAMME - a course specially curated for 4 TO 6 YEAR-OLDS.
It is a flexible programme, available for INDIVIDUALS OR SMALL GROUPS UP TO 3, upon request.
Designed and taught by Teachers Hui Ling and Arlene, it sets the foundation for The Music Studios' Piano Performance Programme. Through fun movement activities, aural skills and improvisation, we nurture KEEN EARS and MUSICAL INSTINCTS before starting students at the piano.
Drawing on material from Alfred's 'Music for Little Mozarts', lessons COME TO LIFE with fun characters like Mozart Mouse and Beethoven Bear.
By the end of the course, students would have learnt to RECOGNIZE AND IMPROVISE with various musical elements, develop a FOUNDATIONAL TECHNIQUE at the piano and acquire BASIC MUSIC READING SKILLS for further studies.

Training the ear to recognize pulse and rests through a fun and spontaneous movement exercise in an individual KinderBoogie session!
Suitable for total beginners to the piano, aged 4 to 6 years old.
One parent is required to attend the sessions and
follow up on homework and practice with the child throughout the programme.
Individual sessions will be held at the private studio of Teacher Arlene, located at Bukit Batok. Group sessions may be held at the private studio of Teacher Arlene as well, although parents may opt to host these sessions at their homes if the environment is conducive for movement.
